    1 x Hook and Loop Strap is not enough

    I have purchased this produce, this Product is good.but they have provided only one 1 x Hook and Loop Strap, after 15 days, of use gum of the strap reduced, & frequently disconnecting with the stretcher device. Now I want only Loop strap, I am not finding it anywhere.They should have given atleast 3 Loop strap with Neck stretcher device.
